About the Award
The Athena Leadership Award identifies local leaders for their
accomplishments, for community service, and for mentoring others.
Athena award recipients are role models for others, especially women, to achieve their leadership potential.
The mission of the foundation is to open the doors of leadership opportunities for women and support a new kind of leadership model, rooted in the values of collaboration, relationships and giving back to the community.
