Unlock Your Potential: Mentorship Programs for Aspiring Women Leaders in Eastern Missouri

The Women's Leadership Society (WLS) is proud to provide a unique opportunity for female leaders to grow and develop their skills. The WLS Mentor Program is designed to promote from within and organize open forums for women and organizational allies, with the aim of training and advising the next generation of female leaders. Through this program, participants can share and capture experiences and strategies that have helped empower women to thrive in high-level and executive positions. The American Council on Education (ACE) has also developed the ACE* Women's Leadership Mentoring Program to support and promote women in their careers in higher education.

This program provides an opportunity for women to participate in a mutually beneficial community designed to develop interpersonal and collaborative relationships. ACE has designed this program to help women reach their full potential and expand the number and diversity of women who hold executive-level positions in institutions and boards of directors. The Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge is another great resource for aspiring female leaders in the state of Missouri. This premier professional development program is designed to help women hone their leadership skills and connect with like-minded female executives to ultimately advance in their careers.
